Description
𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐭 The Insular Pact of the ORANGE Naval Fleet is the Fleet's mutual aid & assistance pact, for unofficial divisions of SEA Military. Insular Pact members all mutually agree to help each other in joint endeavors, to quickly grow their divisions and assist them in becoming official much faster. They also agree to help Treaty Organization members in their own growth when called for. Insular Pact members that become official SEA divisions get moved to the Fleet's Trustee Pact, where mutual aid is continued, and where they can also receive more kinds of aid benefits. The Insular Pact is an integral part of the Fleet's Tripartite Confederation, where the Fleet is the Chief Benefactor.
