Description
The Combine Civil Administration, founded as a branch of the Universal Union, is intended for the oversight of all Civil Protection divisions. Separate from the Overwatch Transhuman Arm, they operate nearly independently however still operate joint from time to time. The CCA is ruled by the one and only Protection Commander, the higher ranks (such as Sectorial Commander) being Oversight related and not focused primarily on the CCA only. All divisions are to be lead by Division Leaders respectively, alongside Squadron Leaders. This is to ensure autonomy and efficiency. Roleplay faction based primarily in City-8.
