They started a crime family, a syndicate, a brotherhood. La Cosa Nostra. The syndicate then grew larger in numbers, they began performing larger operations and began taking turfs all across Chicago, they began sending squads to Tulsa Oklahoma and Manhattan and became one of the strongest and most feared crime family throughout the country.
