Description
The Monolith Faction is a Group of Zone Refugees dropped back into the Hell they once escaped by the Research Division if the International Institute of Extraterrestrial Cultures. Their minds erased, They built a Tribalistic Society worshiping a Wish Granter, A Crystal Obelisk Located deep within the Zone. The IIEC, taking note in the Violent dedication to the Protection of the Zone, began using a Psi-array known as the Brain Scorcher to Control the Tribe, Forming it into a formidable and technologically advanced Fighting Force dedicated to the Internal Security of the Zone and conducting raids on behalf of the IIEC be they Governments, Refugee Camps, Borderlands, or even other Extraterrestrial Civilizations.
