STATE OF DESERET 𐐝𐐻𐐩𐐻 𐐲𐑂 𐐔𐐯𐑅𐐨𐑉𐐯𐐻 c. 1860 ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Deseret is a state situated in western North America. Founded in the 1840s as a pioneer colony by members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Deseret is in a precarious position; the United States government's policy of Manifest Destiny has caused them to lay claim to all lands west of the Mississippi.
