Description
History: Founded in 1916 as a medical research company, the Nova Medical Company was one of the leading companies in medical research until a tragic accident in March of 1936 banned them from performing any further medical experiments. After the incident, the company rebranded to the Nova Scientific Institute and started research in many scientific fields, one of them being fusion energy. After the first successful fusion ignition in 1958 of the ETLTFR (Experimental Targetted Laser Tritium Fusion Reactor) and the near meltdown of it, in 1961 NSI rebranded once again to Nova Science Incorporated, and authorized construction of their biggest facility yet, the Omicron Research Institute, construction never being fully completed before the events of May 16 1991.
