•━━━━━━• WARD XIII •━━━━━━• Ward XIII was created to protect and control the people, both ghoul and human alike. It saw it's peak with the sudden alliance of C.C.G and Ghouls when the Dragon was formed by Ken. It's goal is alliance between the two waring factions the CCG and the Ghouls and control, living in equilibrium and peace for the world. As the world fell moreover into mayhem, the faction prevailed and continued on, bringing us to the modern day. "The Ward will Prevail, peace is soon." EST. 9.5.22
