⚔️ Rule Britannia! 🌿 c. 1944, Northern France The VIII (8th) Corps was a Corps within the British Army during the Second World War, the logo of the knight charging onwards with his lance fixed forward encases the Corps' ethos; Charging into the conflict and coming out noble and victorious. The corps played a significant role in the invasion of Normandy before being a supporting unit in France prior to the counter-offensive pushing the German forces back into Germany.
