From the start of the 19th century, China has been constantly facilitating numerous challenges and conflicts, both internally and externally. From rebellions to full-blown war, China finds itself at a critical standpoint. The military has remained stagnant, unchanged since the infamous campaigns led by the Qianlong Emperor throughout the 18th century. With the pinnacle of Chinese power gradually diminishing, the restoration of China's strength lies within the hands of the new century.
