The Research and Abnormality Department or “RAD” was originally the RD sector of Titan industries until the discovery of the First anomaly in 1983, It was then Cooped into its current form. RAD is tasked with the discovery, understanding and management of all Anomalous phenomena discovered along with helping to further the technological capabilities and might of Titan Industries to maintain competitiveness in the world.
