Hello, and welcome to the C.M.A (Coast Mentor Association), where we help grasp the ropes of working at Coast tighter! ————————————————————————————————————— The goal for the C.M.A is that Beginner Server+ can REALLY get the ropes of Coast! The thing is, for me, the training may have not taught someone enough info to start working, and need some guidance! The C.M.A pairs you with a mentor, where they help check on your work, help you make greetings, show you around, etc. When the time is right, you could be done with the apprenticeship! ————————————————————————————————————— ROLES- APPRENTICE- These members are learning the ropes of working at Coast! MENTOR- Mentors are given an apprentice to critique, help, and guide to make an amazing addition to Coast! (Please note, there are separate ranks depending on skill, achievements, etc. To become a Mentor, be a KL with 150+ minutes!
