88𝐓𝐇 𝐃𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍 第八十八师 The 88th Division of the National Revolutionary Army was elite-trained unit equipped with German equipment and trained by German advisors attached to the NRA. The Division was firstly engaged in Battle of Shangai in 1937 where the division inflicted high casulaties on advancing Japanese invaders, one of more iconic engagements was the Battle of Sihang Warehouse where the isolated part of the division showed bravery in defending the warehouse until its retreat to International Concession.
