A Ronda Ostensiva Tática Motorizada (ROTAM) é uma unidade especializada da Polícia Militar ## ######## ##### (PMES). Suas ações incluem abordagens pró-ativas e saturação de área12. O major Ronaldo Mutz assumiu o comando da ROTAM após completar três anos de atuação. Durante esse período, a unidade foi responsável pela detenção de 5.026 criminosos, apreensão de 817 armas de fogo e mais de meia tonelada de ###### Além disso, a ROTAM também cumpriu 383 mandados de prisão e apreendeu R$ 515.372,60 em espécie. Para expandir suas operações, estão previstas a entrega de 30 viaturas e 15 motocicletas para o patrulhamento tático1.
