Operatives of the Insurgency are assigned to cells which have little communication with each other aside from instructions issued by the eccentric Delta Command. ⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ Project Calypso is an invaluable cell that acts as a safe-house for the Insurgency's most prized possessions and serves as its spearhead of research and development.
