"OSWAR Tesis-45'te yer alan Tıp Departmanı, tesisin tüm personelinin ve barındırılan anomalilerin sağlık ve iyilik hallerini korumak ve iyileştirmek amacıyla faaliyet gösterir. Tıp Departmanı, rutin sağlık kontrollerinden acil tıbbi müdahalelere, anomalilerin tıbbi incelemelerinden psikolojik destek hizmetlerine kadar geniş bir yelpazede hizmet sunar. Uzman doktorlar, hemşireler, psikologlar ve diğer sağlık profesyonelleri, yüksek güvenlik standartları ve etik kurallar çerçevesinde çalışarak, personelin ve anomalilerin sağlık durumlarını sürekli olarak izler ve gerekli tedbirleri alır.
