The Public Defense Office of the State of Ridgeway was established by Section 5 of the Judiciary Act and provides cost-free counsel to criminal defendants. The Public Defender's Office consists of attorneys certified by the Ridgeway Bar who dedicate their time to carrying out this main objective.
