This is the group that holds all of the speedsters for the main "Central City" group. Here you will see various speedster characters from The Flash TV series. To obtain a character, you must have a very high reputation and be posed as extremely active to have any shot at getting one. You must also have a great and ideal amount of knowledge in terms of the TV series as a whole. All roles are hand picked by the Founder.
