[@] What a Wonderful World! ___________________________________________________________________________________________ [@] The Public & Human Relations Department serves as a "business proposal" ground for groups of interests. Ultimately, Dr. Wondertainment Enterprises! wishes to provide and create toys of wonder for the world to enjoy, but some of these groups of interests get in the way, most notably the Special Containment Procedures Foundation. This department exists to, (hopefully), negotiate and keep tolerable relations between themselves and any other group of interest.
