Description
Welcome to the Officer Candidate School. --------------------- Phase 1 Phase 1 is the indoctrination. This involves one hour of extreme discipline activities. All candidates will be treated as the same rank of recruit. All rights will be removed from the candidate who will also have to be emotionally capable of enduring high levels of disciplinary actions. A candidate may drop out of phase 1 at any time and therefore will forfeit their place in the academy. --------------------- Phase 2 Phase 2 is introducing the candidate to leading in the battlefield. They will be expected to be able to learn how to use battlefield commands and they will also be assessed teaching at least 4 men the module 1 lesson. --------------------- Phase 3 Phase 3 introduces the candidates to methods of organisation. Candidates will be shown how to use devices such as trello and discord to organise large groups of troops. --------------------- Phase 4 will evaluate all these skills.
