Yuzu-nembutsu-shu is a school of Pure Land Buddhism that focuses on the ritual recitation of the Nembutsu (or Nianfo), the name of the Amitabha Buddha, they were also had fierce warriors known as "sohei" which were warrior monks of the school and originating in Aki Province and based in the Western Honshu of the Chugoku Region.
