Description
The Branch of Observation, or Clan Observe, a modern-day clan, formed from ninjas and samurai with dark powers of the shadow. This specific type of power has only been obtained by these Ortothans. They use this power to shift inside and outside of objects, and they use their knowledge of the blade to handle any and all situations. It is an unknown fact, but it is thought that they can shift through time and dimensions, alternative Ontoth's. This is thought due to the fact that several reportings from the Wandsmen seeing ripples through time whenever one of these Ortothans goes "missing".
