Description
The Mayflower Public Broadcasting Service was officially organized in May of 1985 as a state-funded venture of the State of Mayflower to provide public radio and television coverage to its residents. The Mayflower Public Broadcasting Service is responsible for providing news, television, and radio broadcasts to the State of Mayflower and its residents on behalf of the State of Mayflower. In June of 1993, the Mayflower Public Broadcasting Service was disbanded briefly due to a misappropriation of funds left no funding for the agency. The next fiscal year, 1994, it had been organized once again, and continued news services to the residents of the State of Mayflower. Today, the Mayflower Public Broadcasting Service acts as the state-level news agency of the State of Mayflower.
