Description
Following the Dark War, numerous innovative weapons were created utilizing a magical technique known as Ars Magus to combat the Black Beast. Nevertheless, as the war concluded and the Black Beast was vanquished, apprehension started to arise regarding the potential for these weapons to cause widespread devastation. In order to address these concerns, the Novus Orbis Librarium (NOL) was established as an organization to oversee and control all manifestations of Ars Magus and devices derived from it. Presently, the NOL stands as the exclusive global entity responsible for maintaining peace and order.
