Description
The Order of R'lyeh is a clandestine cult that holds sway within the shadowy depths of the submerged city of R'lyeh, its existence shrouded in mystery and whispered in hushed tones among those who dare to speak its name. At its helm stands the Emissary, a manifestation of The Great Dreamer's will given form—a fragment of the ancient entity's consciousness bound to earthly existence. Their rituals are rites of primordial power, conducted amidst the eerie glow of bioluminescent waters, invoking eldritch energies that echo through the sunken city's twisted architecture.
