Description

------------------------------------------------------------------------ The SEALs have their origins in the Underwater Demolition Teams (UDT) during World War II and the Korean War. The United States Navy officially established the SEAL teams in 1962, in response to the need for a special operations unit skilled in amphibious and unconventional warfare In Thailand, soldiers were sent to train in the U.S. UDT/SEAL program as early as 1953, and the Underwater Demolition Unit was established in 1956. It later evolved into today’s Naval Special Warfare Command. Their missions cover operations at sea, in the air, and on land — which is why they are commonly known as “frogmen" ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ROYAL THAI NAVY SEAL HOOYAH!!
