[Kyūketsuki - (Vampires)] Project Ghoul: This powerful militia is a high profile network of ghouls and rogue CCG members that operates across every ward in Tokyo, Japan. They have collected together for the sole purpose of creating an unstoppable army of false gods. They are rumored to be attempting this by creating a false religion and forcing portions of the human population to worship them. Cult members deemed worthy would have their organs swapped with a ghoul to effectively create more powerful experiments…
