The Atley Mafia #33971200

Description
The Atley Mafia, sometimes referred to as simply the Mafia, is a cut-throat criminal organisation based in the Atley District. They use the River's Divide Restaurant as a cover business for their many illegal dealings and as a headquarters for their operations. Many of the Atley District's residents live in fear of the Mafia, who routinely demand protection money and exact terrible punishments on any who do not comply. They often make use of Row's meat packing factory for handling any 'messy business' when they have to get their hands dirty.
