Description
The most dominant gang in the Novarsk District, the Alley Rats are vandals and muggers. Though less organised than the other criminal factions, they have far superior numbers and a wide underground network of contacts. The Alley Rat gang's home turf are the many dark alleyways of the Novarsk District, where they earned their name for how viciously they defend it. When they're not using Vyyrahk's complex sewer system to travel, they roam in packs on motorcycles, swerving in and out of the alley and side streets where the police have difficulty following.
