Description

In times immemorial, Telloros was struck by calamity. Cast into boundless caverns amid the chaos, survivors of a ruined nation perceived the might of Ahyalum, an abyssal relic of a bygone era. Using its power, they forged from stone an exalted kingdom and declared themselves enforcers of their progenitor’s will: the Ahyalum Chosen. Over millennia, the Chosen grew in wealth and prestige, emerging from below time and again to uphold order among the states formed in the wake of disaster. Then, abruptly, they returned to their sunken realm, sealed indefinitely. Years passed as their glory faded into legend before vanishing entirely, lost to the ages. With the conflict between the Rising Phoenix and Arktoran Empire, ancient forces have stirred and the Chosen have risen once more. Given life anew as undead warriors, they fight to maintain the balance of power among the continent’s warring factions. Despite this, their motives remain a mystery.
