Description
The Inner Council was the commanding body of the Final Order. The council comprised the leaders of every branch of the military within the Final Order. The Inner Council held the most power when it came to large-scale decisions and determining the future of the Final Order. The council was at the absolute helm of the Order, having direct access to the Emperor as well as every resource the Final Order had to offer.
