Among his first acts as Emperor, he creates numerous client states under the French Empire's influence, one of these being the Kingdom of Italy. The Italian people seamlessly integrate into the expanding French Empire, creating one of the utmost prestigious armies in Europe that would assist the French Empire in its military campaigns across Europe.
