Description

Internal Intelligence Service The IIS operates as Compound Theta's internal counterintelligence and oversight body, tasked with monitoring the integrity of the Foundation's own command structure. Where other departments look outward at anomalies and external threats, the IIS looks inward, investigating potential misconduct, abuse of power, or rogue behavior among Executive Council members and even O5 Council members themselves. No one is above scrutiny, and no rank is exempt from accountability. The IIS exists to ensure that authority within Theta is never weaponized against the Foundation's own principles, and that leadership remains transparent, trustworthy, and answerable to the organization as a whole. Membership is not open to application. Analysts are handpicked based on demonstrated reliability, discretion, and a proven track record.
