UNITED STATES ARMY ANOMALOUS CONTAINMENT OPERATIONS INTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY COMMAND INSCOM While Death Row Inmates have proven to be the bottom of the barrel for life still maintained on Earth, the Army is convinced there is salvation in order to savor logistics and have more personnel for research. In compliance with this new directive, the Intelligence & Security Command has been formed as a civil branch of relations which gathers imperative intelligence as well as the establishment of relations. Unlike DEA, INSCOM solely manages the internal relations of the USAACO, making deals, compromises, and performing interrogations with DRI, DRIU, and the Manifest Colony. Atop this goal lies one more, to secure new anomalies or missing ones on the surface in order to find new anomalies for research. Without INSCOM, DRIs would not be so secure or compliant, the Manifests would be confused about their jurisdictions, and anomalies would be revealed to the public.
