[Human Resources Command] [Information] Army Human Resources Command [HRC] conducts world-class talent management and leads modernized human resources and data systems initiatives to enable the Army to deploy, fight and win our Nation's wars. They are utilized as an organization of some of the most crucial units in USAR: Army Service Component Command (ASCC), Quartermaster Corps (QMC), and Army Foreign Affairs (AFA). The goal is to be responsive and ensure no setbacks occur. [Membership] In order to become a member under Human Resources Command, you must pass an application of the divisions available.
