Description
외무부(DEA) 외무부는 다양한 활동을 한다. 외부에 알릴 허위 정보를 만들고, SCP의 흔적을 없애며(여기에는 SCP 개체와 재단의 활동을 모두 포함한다), D계급 인원을 모집하고, 군 또는 민간 시설에서 새로운 직원을 채용한다. 외무부는 재단 인원들과 시설들의 활동을 숨기는 역할을 한다. 외무부는 사실상 재단의 최전선에서 직원을 걸러내는 역할을 하며, 신입 요원들의 높은 군기를 유지하는 역할도 하고 있다. 신입 요원들에 대한 교육은 HR이라고 부르기도 한다.
