Description
Onami-Date, in another name, the Nikaidō Family, reigned over Iwase County from Sukagawa Castle. Being originally affiliated with the Date Clan of Mutsu, they eventually fell out of favor after the death of Date Masamune's father. Due to this, the Date clan invaded and Nikaidō collaborated with other clans, notably the Satake Clan, in order to defend Southern Mutsu.
