律政司是香港特別行政區政府轄下的法律行政部門，由律政司司長主管。律政司專門負責香港政府的法律事務，包括提出絕大部分刑事檢控、草擬香港政府提出的所有法律草案、以及為香港政府提供法律意見。 The DOJ is the legal administrative department under the Government of the HKSAR and is headed by the Secretary for Justice. The Department of Justice is responsible for the HKGOV's legal affairs, including initiating most criminal prosecutions, drafting all laws proposed by the Hong Kong government, and providing legal advice to the HKGOV.
