Description

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐊𝐫𝐲𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐢𝐚 An alternative system to the agoge, these were young spartan men picked for outside intelligence and essentially spies of the ephors and kings. Handpicked by the ephors, senior agoge instructors, or one of the kings. Youths would be able to graduate the agoge hypothetically quickly if they would exceed in this system.

2 measurements spanning 55 days, net +2. Dots are measurements; the straight line between them is drawn to join them, not to claim we know the path taken in between — snapshots are recorded only when a count changes, so gaps mean “no change observed”, never “interpolated”. The vertical axis spans 2–4 and does not start at zero.
