皇家阿尔斯特警察（英语：Royal Ulster Constabulary）是英国1922—2001年派驻北爱尔兰的警务力量，爱尔兰岛分治后，该部队接替皇家爱尔兰警队执掌当地治安。其鼎盛时期编制完整，拥有8500名正式警员、12个下辖师部，外加4500名预备役人员。 该警队长期承担北爱尔兰治安工作，在20世纪60至90年代的北爱尔兰冲突中扮演关键角色。因面临临时爱尔兰共和军的持续威胁，队伍全面走向军事化，警员普遍配备冲锋枪、突击步枪等重型枪械，同时也是全球首支使用橡胶、塑胶子弹处置骚乱的警队。冲突期间RUC伤亡极为惨重，共计319名警员遇袭身亡、近9000人受伤，袭击主要来自爱尔兰共和军，1983年它被认定为全球执勤风险最高的警察部队，但同时也因此饱含争议。 1998年《耶稣受难日协议》签署推动北爱和平进程，随后相关警务改革调研启动，1999年彭定康发布改革报告，提出对警队彻底改组。依照方案，皇家阿尔斯特警察于2001年11月正式被北爱尔兰警察局取代。
