The Faculty and Departments of Rintama Highschool. Contrast to the founding of Rintama in the 70's. The Teacher's Union was founded in 82' to implement and promote discipline to combat the rising delinquency in the school at the time which was initiated by numerous factors, some of which included but weren't limited to environmental failures and lack of funding in the area, the Teachers Union allows faculty and staff to discipline students and allows a system in place for students to become prefects to improve and sedate the violent Environment. "The ultimate weakness of violence is that it is a descending spiral, begetting the very thing it seeks to destroy. Instead of diminishing evil, it multiplies it."
