Description
The Scrapper's Guild is a cohort of united smugglers, scavengers, and prospecting wastelanders among the surface of ruined New York City who trek the urban wasteland in aspiration of finding treasures lost to a world before the Flash. They operate as a market and sell items to the underground markets within Centraltown and elsewhere, trying to avoid the authority of the CDF as a free market.
