Description
Scotia is a heavily autonomous colonial government located in the Scotian Isles. In recent years, King Adriano II appointed Prince Scot IV, (Who's Great Grandfather was namesake for the colony.) to the position of Governor. After Adriano's death, mainland Massilon fell into chaos once more and assimilating Scotia into a Massilonian province was ignored once more, allowing for Scotia's most autonomous period in history. This allowed the Governor Prince to act as a tyrant, essentially becoming the unchallenged leader of Scotia, some even claiming it to be his own personal principality.
