GRU DIVISION "PSYCHOTRONICS" FOREIGN BUREAU ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ "A rose in one hand and a knife in the other- that is how we shall come to rule." ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ After the dissolution of the Soviet Union, many underground cells continued the work of GRU: Division "P". These cells often had no contact with each other outside of special agents of the GRU's Foreign Bureau, and as enhanced communications rendered their roles obsolete, the Primer repurposed these agents to act as his spokesmen. Tasked with maintaining relations with other anomalous Groups of Interest, these agents spoke with the authority of GRU's high command, with the means to enforce it. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
