Description
The Qinghai Provincial Public Security Department is a functional department under the Qinghai Provincial People's Government responsible for public security work throughout the province, and is under the dual leadership of the provincial government and the Ministry of Public Security. Public security (sub are established in each city and county (county-level city, district), and police stations are set up in towns, townships, and streets. The public security bureau (sub bureau) and police station are respectively under the leadership of the same level people's government and higher-level public security organs.
