[𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐫 𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲] Succeeded by Fredrick William III, Partial Democracy would begin in the German Empire, with the 'Emperor und Liberty' an ideal for all Germans to defend.
