Description
The New California Republic (NCR) is a post-War federal republic founded in New California in 2189, comprised at its peak of five contiguous states located in southern California, with additional territorial holdings in northern California, Oregon and Nevada. Considering itself an inheritor to pre-War values of democracy, personal liberty and rule of law, the NCR developed a highly expansionist as well as imperialist culture, undertaking colonization efforts and military expeditions into neighboring regions in order to "civilize" them. However, these policies were not without controversy, and by 2281, many within and outside the NCR had come to criticize it as hawkish and prone to corruption. At some point, the NCR moved their Capital City from Shady Sands to an unknown second capital. After the destruction of its first capital, the status of the rest of the nation outside of southern California is unclear. -President Sonogram5 For The Future Of Robloxia.
