Antarus Air Operations Established: 1952 Unit Number: 4-3 Motto: "Caelum Dominamur" (We Command the Sky) Overview: Antarus Air Operations was formally organized in 1952 under the Antarus Armed Forces following Operation Lightning Fury. Prior to unification, aerial assets were fragmented between army reconnaissance wings and limited naval aviation detachments. During the campaign in China, poor coordination, slow response times, and a lack of centralized command led to operational failure. The defeat exposed the need for a single authority over all aircraft, pilots, and air defense systems. In response, the Imperium consolidated every aviation element into Air Operations, creating a unified command responsible for air superiority, strategic strike capability, reconnaissance, transport, and land to air defense. Jet Division 1210 and Land to Air Division 1220 were structured to ensure rapid deployment and coordinated battlefield support.
