Description
In the year [REDACTED], a concerning trend of increasingly dangerous anomalies emerged, causing alarm among top-level researchers within the Foundation. This surge in anomalous activity sparked what was termed a "Red Scare" within the Foundation, as the potential threats to global stability became more apparent. Under pressure from Foundation personnel and recognizing the urgent need for proactive measures, the O5 Council made the decision to reach out to multiple governments, including those of the USA, UK, China, India, and others. Through collaborative efforts and substantial funding from both governmental bodies and the Foundation itself, RTF I Theta-33 "The Architects" was established.
