Description
In the aftermath of the pivotal Battle of Endor, Grand Admiral Fortis emerged as a central figure within the fragmented remnants of the Imperial hierarchy. Recognizing the perilous state of the Empire, Fortis took bold action, determined to prevent its collapse. Rallying loyalist forces and marshaling his strategic brilliance, he embarked on a campaign to assert Imperial dominance across a vast swath of the galaxy. Initially, Fortis's campaign yielded promising results as his forces secured key victories and expanded Imperial control into strategic sectors. However, the resilient New Republic, emboldened by their triumph at Endor, soon marshaled their own formidable forces against him. Despite Fortis's tactical acumen and the valor of his troops, the tide of battle turned against him, forcing a strategic retreat from the once-mighty bastion of Coruscant. Undeterred by this setback, Fortis consolidated his remaining forces and established the Core Fleets.
