Cheesy Joel is a supreme leader who thought of these wonderful cities. He is an amazing leader and mayor, and as long as your request is reasonable, he will make it happen - just for his people. This group was founded on the IOth of June 2024. T.E.O.C.J is a peaceful group which will never declare war on any group, unless it is to set peace and prevent a larger number of groups from having war declared on them. T.E.O.C.J plans only on making friends (not allies), with other groups, if they agree to the Ode of Cheesiness.
